    Good space for your eyes to be comfortable. will not stay put if you are a sleeper that moves around a lot.

    Can’t fault it. I’ve used it for breathwork sessions and sleeping in after sunrise in a tent. Very comfortable, blocks all light and there is no pressure on the eyes. Soft touch material on both sides. It seemed to breath OK for the 1-2 hours I used it. Would be good on a flight. Highly recommend.
